This HO scale building is Excellent Condition from a smoke-free home/collection, while the set overall is in Very Good Condition. This is due to the security truck’s guards being missing. The Woodland Scenics set A1828 Roofers set is included. The building and car are in good shape with minimal minute marks. The figures are in the same shape. The building’s interior light is not tested. This item comes in its original packaging, and is ready for installation on your layout.
