This retired ceramic Snow Village Halloween building and accessory are in Very Good Condition from a smoke-free home/collection. The hat on the accessory is chipped (see images). The sticker that makes the door of the building is coming off. The lights are tested and found to shine when powered. There is no damage to the building. This set is stored in its original packaging, which has some shelfwear.
