Used MTH 30-9012 Drug Store Corner Building (Custom/No Box)
This O gauge building is in Very Good Condition from a smoke-free home/collection. The original parts of the building have no missing parts however, the wires to the mounting points are cut, and one door window is knocked inwards. This building’s brickwork has been drybrushed, and an aircon unit, has been added to the roof. Additional custom signs have been added, with “Bob’s Pharmacy” added so the side, and a wooden Rexell Drug add for the roof. The wooden mounting points for the Rexell add are broken off, and new one will need to be fashioned. The lights are tested and found to shine when powered.
