Used Lionel 6-12782 Operating Lift Bridge (No Box | Tested)

This O gauge building is in Very Good Condition from a smoke-free home/collection. This set includes the power supply, controller, and ribbon cable for the bridge. No sensors or CTCs are included. There are some white spots around the center and sides of the bridge. The rails have a couple of small spots of surface rust. This item is tested. The lights function with no issues. The bridge is stuck going up, even though it is already at its maximum height. The bridge attempts to move the moment it is given power, and it is thought that there is something wrong with the board. The insulator pins are included.
